Terms of Service

Last updated: August 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Alert System ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Alert System periodically checks the sites and analytics metrics you configure - page availability and load time via automated browser checks, and Google Analytics 4 / BigQuery metrics against thresholds you set - and sends a notification by Telegram and/or email when a check does not pass.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must have the necessary permissions for any site or analytics property you configure the Service to monitor.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree not to use the Service to monitor sites or data you are not authorized to access, or for any unlawful purpose.

4. Data Handling

The Service accesses site pages and aggregate BigQuery/GA4 metrics solely to evaluate the alert conditions you configure. We do not sell or share this data with third parties and do not use it for any purpose beyond running the checks and sending you notifications. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive for reliable monitoring but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every alert condition will be detected immediately. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (Google Cloud, Telegram, the hosting provider, and a local browser-automation worker) which may occasionally be unavailable - do not rely on it as your sole method of detecting an outage.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from a missed, delayed, or inaccurate notification. Alerts are provided as an operational aid only and do not replace your own monitoring and business judgment.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deactivating or deleting your alerts, or by no longer using the dashboard. Access to a project's Google BigQuery data can be revoked via the corresponding Google Cloud service account permissions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
